Current business status
The consultant operates as an independent professional currently in transition to a Georgian Individual Entrepreneur (IE) registration. In the interim period, all consulting services are provided in a personal professional capacity. Contracts and invoices are issued in the consultant's name. Tax obligations are fulfilled in the consultant's country of tax residence at the time the service is rendered.
